I became a boudoir photographer, because I did not always feel confident in my body.
I know what it's like to absorb an idea of what a beautiful body is supposed to look like, and then measure yourself against it.
Photography became one of the ways I began changing that relationship.
Being on the other side of the camera didn't suddenly make every insecurity disappear. It allowed me to peer into what I was missing.
Strength. Sensuality. Softness. Power. I recognized pieces of myself that insecurity had clouded.
You don't need to arrive confident. You don't need to know your angles. And I definitely don't need you to know how to pose.
I want you to arrive as you are and let me take care of the rest.
Because the part of boudoir I love isn't turning you into someone else.
It's helping you see the woman who was already there.

These self-portraits are a reminder to myself of what I hope to give every woman who steps into my studio, the chance to see herself with a little more softness, a little more freedom, and maybe in a way she hasn't in a long time.

"I was definitely hesitant at first. I’ve never done a boudoir shoot and felt self-conscious about my body going into it. I didn’t know how to pose or what to expect, so I was pretty nervous walking in. The experience itself was a 10/10 and genuinely one of the most fun things I’ve done in a while."

Almost all of my interests fall into the category of "grandma." I love parks, flowers, embroidering vulgar sayings, crocheting, pottery, and painting.

My dream day includes adventure, great food, and laughter. I love days that unfold into completely unrelated adventures.
