Boudoir photography became an important part of my own journey toward appreciating my body and rebuilding my confidence.
After experiencing sexual assault, reconnecting with my body was deeply personal. For a long time, I struggled to see myself without criticism or insecurity getting there first.
Being photographed helped me recognize strength, beauty, and ownership that I had stopped allowing myself to see.
That experience shaped the photographer I am today.
I founded ELI Boudoir because I wanted to create the kind of space I once needed—a place where women could feel respected, supported, and fully in control of their experience.
My role is not to transform you into someone else.
It is to help you see what has already been there.
Hi, I’m Elili, the photographer and founder behind ELI Boudoir.
I have heard so many women say they would love to do a boudoir session someday, but only after they lose weight, feel more confident, reach a certain age, or finally have the body they believe they are supposed to have.
But your body is not a project you have to complete before you are allowed to celebrate it.
You do not need to become a different version of yourself before stepping in front of my camera. You deserve to be seen, honored, and photographed exactly as you are today.
I know it can feel a little nerve-wracking stepping in front of a camera, especially in lingerie or when you’re showing more of your body than you’re used to.
You might feel a bit nervous.
You might be thinking, “I’m not photogenic.”
Or wondering what on earth to do with your hands, your face, or your body.
And honestly? You don’t need to know any of that before you arrive.
I’ll guide you through everything: every pose, every expression, every little adjustment. I’ll show you what to do, help you along the way, and make sure you never feel like you’re guessing or doing it “wrong.”
Your session is completely private, relaxed, and built around your comfort. We’ll go at your pace, take breaks whenever you need them, and focus on creating images that feel real, powerful, and so you.
And just so you know, nothing is ever shared without your permission.
Once your session is reserved, you will receive a questionnaire and personal preparation guidance.
We will discuss your vision, location preferences, wardrobe, and anything you feel nervous or uncertain about. You will also receive styling support so you can choose pieces that feel comfortable, flattering, and true to you.
A consultation call is available for anyone who would like to connect before the session. And for my fellow phone-call avoiders, it is completely optional.
The goal is for you to arrive feeling prepared, not pressured.
Your session begins with professional makeup, giving you time to settle in, relax, and ease into the experience.
The photoshoot itself lasts approximately two to two and a half hours. This gives us time to photograph up to five looks without rushing and to pause whenever you need a moment.
Throughout the entire session, I will guide your posing from your fingertips to your expression. You will never be left alone in front of the camera wondering what to do.
You do not need modeling experience.
You do not need to be naturally confident.
You only need to show up.
Approximately one week after your session, we will meet for your private image reveal.
This is the moment when you get to experience your photographs for the first time.
We will move slowly, giving you space to take everything in. You will choose the images that resonate with you most and decide how you would like to preserve them through digital collections, fine-art prints, albums, or wall art.
There is no pressure to choose anything that does not feel right for you.
This part of the experience is not simply about selecting photographs. It is about seeing yourself without the critical filter that so often shapes the way women view their bodies.
From the moment you begin your boudoir experience, the process will be effortless. My booking process is simple and transparent. Sessions can be reserved directly through my website, where you can select a date that fits into your schedule. During the checkout process you will be able to select from two payment options: a single payment or a payment plan that divides your session fee into three installments.
I offer one primary session package. Typically, this experience is in a studio, however, it can also take place at the beach or a mountainous location.
My mine priority is your comfort. I love outdoor photoshoots and think there is something spectacular about connecting with yourself in nature. So, when you book your boudoir experience, you will let me know your preference.
Once your photoshoot is scheduled, you will complete a questionnaire, and I will guide you through pre-session details to make sure you feel prepared and at ease. This is where your nerves settle and excitement begins.
I also offer optional phone consultations. I totally understand wanting to touch base with your boudoir photographer prior to your photoshoot. However, I also have clients who despise phone calls, so I have made them optional.
It is finally the day you have been waiting for! Your photoshoot will last between 2-2.5 hours. I have found this is the perfect amount of time. It lets us shoot five outfits comfortably, so you never feel rushed and have time to take breaks as necessary. As a boudoir photographer, I never want my clients to feel rushed or stressed. I have all of my clients bring at least 6-8 outfits to their session, so we have options in case something does not fit the way you wanted.
Your session begins with a full professional makeup. Arrive as yourself, leave radiant, and feeling absolutely stunning from the very first frame. Make sure you arrive with your hair how you like it styled, ready to be down in its full glory
I will guide you through poses that make you look phenomenal, helping you make minor adjustments throughout the whole experience. You will never have to wonder what to do with your hands or what expression to make.
Prior to your photoshoot itself, I will provide styling guidance so that you walk into your photoshoot with clothing choices that make you feel confident, beautiful, and powerful. I want you to feel prepared walking into your boudoir experience.
Approximately one week after your photoshoot, we will reconvene for your reveal, the most exciting moment of the whole process where you get to see your fabulous photographs. Every client I have worked with is always in disbelief that these photos are of themselves. They are THAT transformative. In this private setting, you will get to view your soft proofs. These are the most impactful moments for me. They invigorate me. It is in an honor to be a boudoir photographer and have a profession where my work makes other women feel confident and beautiful. These photos have base edits, but selected photographs will undergo another round of retouching.
Your reveal will go at your pace. If you need an extra moment to take in your photos, take it. You will narrow down the photographs that resonate with you the most and discuss different artwork that will preserve them meaningfully.
Your initial investment comes with two 5x7 fine art prints which can be used as a $100 print credit towards an heirloom album, canvas wall art, or metal wall art prints. Whether you choose delicate prints or a handcrafted album, every option will honor your photographs as art.
The reveal and ordering session is your moment. Its punch lies in connecting with yourself, revealing your intrinsic radiance, and fueling your greater self-assurance.
You do not need to wait until you feel fearless.
You do not need to wait for a milestone, although you are welcome to celebrate one.
You do not need to lose weight, become younger, become bolder, or become more comfortable in front of a camera before you begin.
Confidence does not always come before the experience.
Often, the experience is what helps you remember it.
I would be honored to create that experience with you.
6. Adventures of any kind. I love a random day filled with mini adventures.
7. Flowers. I love the smell of flowers and think they are the most. beautiful thing.
8. Seasons. I love seeing the seasons change. Something i miss a lot living in California.
9. Documentaries - I love true crime, and any documentary where I am learning something new
10. Crafts - I love painting (acrylics are my favorite medium), embroidering, crocheting, and drawing.
11. Because I could not stop at ten, here is an eleventh. Traveling. I love seeing new places, experiencing new cultures and getting to see the wonders of the world. As a boudoir photographer, exploring the world inspires me
1. Food - I love trying new cuisines and gorging out on my favorites
2. Desserts - to name the top few, ice cream, pastries, and cookies.
3. Animals, but especially PUPPIES. If I could live on a farm with 10 puppies I would.
4. I love parks. There is something so serene about sitting quietly in a park enjoying nature.
5. The sound of waves. If I had to choose one sound to play on repeat it would be this one.
I myself am not a person that is super confident about my body, I usually cover it up with the clothes I wear and I never really thought I would do boudoir photography. I was pretty uncomfortable with the idea, to be honest. One day, I just decided why not do it. And I am very very happy I did. I have a whole new appreciation for my body now. I actually felt a lot more confident about strutting around with all my curves and imperfections after the shoot with Elili.
I had an incredible experience with Elili and would totally work with her again. She was the perfect balance between professional and also playful but also supportive and incredibly warm.
