Boudoir has been a massive part of my journey, learning to love and appreciate my body. But beyond that, regaining my confidence after being sexually assaulted. I used to think "oh my god; I could never take pictures of myself in lingerie - my stomach fat and wrinkles are going to show and my boobs are too small."

Boudoir actually helped me fall in-love with those parts of myself and appreciate them. Regardless of your journey, Boudoir photography can be immensely healing and fun (once you get out of your head). Now, anytime I am having an off-day, out comes my camera. I have yet to find anything that parallels the confidence Boudoir gives me.

Now that we’ve got that out of the way, I want to share a couple fun facts about myself. First-off, I am dog obsessed. When I was little, I used to approach strangers in Central Park to walk their dogs. But of course, because I was so little the dogs practically walked me. This is also how my parents convinced me to move from England to Colorado, with the promise of a puppy.
So...Who AM I?
And secondly, I have the world’s WORST sense of direction. When I was eight, my parents took us on a trip to France. On a walk back to the tube I thought i knew the way back to the hotel (spoiler…I did not). My six-year old brother stupidly followed me. Four hours later we ended up at the Eiffel Tower. My parents had reported us missing, so luckily the police were able to reunite us. And that was the last time I trusted my sense of direction. Thankfully, Apple maps is so reliable, otherwise, living in Los Angeles I would get lost all the damn time.
