Intimate photography is a personal form of portrait photography that captures you in a more vulnerable, sensual, and honest way. It can include lingerie, implied nude portraits, oversized clothing, or something as simple as your favorite shirt. What you wear matters far less than how the photographs make you feel.
At ELI Boudoir, intimate photography is not about performing sensuality or pretending to be someone you’re not. It is about embodying yourself, creating photographs that feel unmistakably like yourself, while allowing yourself to see you from a perspective you rarely get to experience.
You don’t need to know how to pose, arrive feeling confident, or love every part of your body before your session. I will guide you through the entire experience, from what to wear to exactly what to do in front of the camera.
The result is intimate photography that feels bold, personal, and honest, with photographs that will make you wonder why you ever believed you were not photogenic.
Maybe other people seem to see something in you that you have never been able to see for yourself.
You look in the mirror and notice your stomach. The stretch marks. The softness that wasn't there five years ago. You think about getting back in the gym, losing ten pounds, feeling more confident or finally reaching some future version of yourself before you let yourself do something like this.
But confidence doesn't have to come first.
You can show up nervous.
You can show up convinced you're awkward in all photographs.
You can show up having absolutely no idea what to do with your hands.
That's what I'm here for.
At ELI Boudoir, intimate photography is a fully guided boudoir experience designed to help you see yourself differently without asking you to become someone different first.
You aren't coming here to perform or fake confidence.
We're going to build it together.
I don't want to photograph some generic version of what a woman doing boudoir is supposed to look like.
I want your photographs to feel like you.
Your softness. Your humor. Your sensuality. Your boldness. Your weird little expressions. The pieces of your personality that come out once you stop thinking about the camera.
The goal isn't to turn you into somebody else for two hours.
It is to create a safe environment with enough direction and space that you can finally recognize the woman who is already there.
You do not have to walk into my studio ready to strip down.
I encourage every client to bring at least one look that feels "safer" and less revealing. That could be an oversized button-down, a slip dress, a sweater, a bodysuit, or any outfit that makes you feel confident.
This helps you get comfortable and gain confidence with me, in front of the camera, and in the studio.
Then we progress from there.
I will never leave you awkwardly standing there wondering what to do with your hands, your face, or the rest of your body.
If I ask you to do something, I will show you it first.
I will get into the pose, so all you have to do is mirror me. Then I will guide you through the small adjustments that turn it into something incredible.
You do not need posing experience.
That is my job.
Throughout your experience we will be talking and laughing.
There will be music playing. I am moving around with you, And when the light hits you perfectly, or you ace a pose, you will know because I am incapable of hiding how excited I get.
For lots of my clients, this is the moment the session goes from feeling intimidating to feeling like hanging out with a friend who happens to have a camera.
You will never be pressured into wearing an outfit you are uncomfortable in, or doing poses that make you uncomfortable.
If there is ever a situation, where I want to help you adjust your hair, clothing, or a pose, I will always ask for your permission first.
Your photographs will make you do a double take.
And wonder how you spent so many years thinking you were not photogenic.
My work is bold, moody, sensual, and deeply personal. I photograph women with various body types, at all ages, who represent themselves with varying degrees of femininity. I will never force you to fit an archetype that doesn't suit you.
Because the goal is not to change you or fit you into someone else's ideal.
The goal is for you to truly see yourself.
And maybe one day, another woman will look at your photographs and think:
I want to look like that.
04
Approximately one-to-two weeks later, we will reconvene for your reveal where you get to experience your photographs for the first time.
This is the moment where everything comes together.
You finally get an answer to your biggest question:
"Will this actually work for me?"
Consistently, this is when clients say:
"I can't believe that is me."
You will choose the photographs that you can't leave behind and decide how you want to preserve them.
03
During your two-hour experience, you will be the only priority.
I will guide you through everything. I have found the most effective way to help you gain confidence and transition through poses is by demonstrating them. So, all you have to do is mirror me. Once you're in a pose, we will make minor adjustments as we go. I will help direct your placement of your hands.
At no point during your session, should you feel rushed or as if you are guessing what to do.
I will never tell you to "simply look sexy," because even I wouldn't know what to do.
02
Your boudoir experience starts with professional make-up, which allows you settle into the studio and relax before we start photographing you.
I will provide detailed instructions on how to get ready and so you can arrive at the studio comfortable and prepared.
01
Once you book your experience, you will receive my detailed ELI Boudoir preparation guide covering what to wear, outfit ideas from lingerie to jeans to oversized clothing, how to prepare, what essentials you should bring and answers to the most commonly asked questions.
This guide answers all your questions before you even have to ask them.
You do not need to suddenly become a lingerie enthusiast or adopt a sense of style that is inauthentic to yourself.
The most important rule to abide by is choosing outfits that make you feel confident rather than are trendy.
From the beginning until the moment you have your stunning heirloom album in your hands, every detail of your ELI Boudoir intimate photography experience is carefully crafted to remove any stress.
The last thing you need is to purchase more stuff that simply collects dust.
But sentimental items are valuable.
An heirloom album is not simply a collection of beautiful photographs. It is tangible artwork you can return to years from now and relive this exact feeling.
The confidence.
The woman you are becoming.
The moment you stopped hyper-fixating on your flaws, long enough to love yourself.
And the moment you saw what everyone has always told you.
For some people, that is an heirloom album.
For others, that is wall art.
You deserve to experience yourself as art.
Upon our first meeting, I felt at ease. With her cheerful and bubbly personality, Elili sets a relaxed and fun tone which makes it easy to let your guard down and trust her guidance and process. I’m 61 years old and I’ll only be this age once. As an investment in myself, I deserve to celebrate who I am and who I’ve become and my uniqueness.
I was definitely hesitant at first. I’ve never done a boudoir shoot and felt self-conscious about my body going into it. I didn’t know how to pose or what to expect, so I was pretty nervous walking in.
That feeling disappeared quickly. Elili instantly made me feel calm, confident, and comfortable. She directs you the entire time, finds the best light and angles, and keeps the experience fun and easy. Nothing felt awkward. I left feeling empowered, more confident, and with a new appreciation for my body exactly as it is.
Elili is such a sweet and amazing person! I had a morning shoot with her, and it was honestly such a wonderful experience from start to finish.
She is incredibly fun, encouraging, and has a way of making you feel completely comfortable and confident in front of the camera without ever feeling awkward or self-conscious. Her energy is so warm and positive that it feels like spending time with a friend rather than being in a photoshoot.
ELI Boudoir is a private boudoir studio for women who want to experience a different side of themselves.

The woman who thinks she needs to justify spending this much time or money on herself.
The woman who has wanted to do boudoir for years but keeps inventing new reasons to put it off.
You don't need to wait for your next birthday.
You don't need to wait to get married.
You don't need to lose weight.
You don't need to justify it.
Wanting to see a different side of yourself, is enough of a reason.
ELI Boudoir's intimate photography session fee is $750; the investment into artwork beginning at $1900. Most clients invest between $3500 and $6500 total.
Your experience includes professional make-up, a detailed preparation and wardrobe guide, a guided photoshoot, a personal reveal and ordering appointment, and choices between stunning heirloom albums and wall art.

This is a super common fear. A lot more women worry about this than you realize, especially if you believe you are not photogenic.
That is exactly why every part of your experience is carefully crafted. This is why choosing a boudoir photographer whose personality makes you feels comfortable is of utmost importance.
Personally, I have never had a client hate their photographs, but it can be daunting to imagine how seeing yourself will feel.
Absolutely.
Privacy is extremely important to me. Your photographs will never be shared without your explicit permission. You control if they are ever shown, and which you are comfortable with.
I love showing off how amazing you looked and it can help women like yourself feel seen and inspire them to take the leap and book their experience.
You do not have to make this decision before seeing all your stunning photographs.
You do not have to wear lingerie.
My only requirement is that your outfits make you feel good about yourself. Lingerie is a great choice, but it is not the only option.
I love photographing unique outfits. Some other options are oversized shirts, slip dresses, jumpsuits, dresses, and overalls.
The goal is to look like yourself, not adapt your style to a Pinterest board.
Confidence is not a requirement.
Even confident people walk into their boudoir experience feeling nervous, unsure, and a little bit terrified.
You don't have to feel confident or as if you resemble the women in my portfolio.
We are all unique. We all deserve to see our own power and beauty.
Absolutely not.
Your body is continuously changing. There will always be a new "goal" in sight, a new ten pounds to lose, another insecurity, another milestone to reach. If you let yourself create excuses, there will always be another reason to delay this experience.
But the body you're trying to change is still worthy of being appreciated.
Welcome to the club.
For most of my life, I also felt awkward in photographs of myself. And the majority of the women I photograph arrive unsure of how to pose and of what expressions to make.
This is why I demonstrate each and every pose, so you can focus on experiencing the session rather than feeling awkward and unsure.
There will always be another reason to delay this experience.
It might be losing weight.
It might be that life is busy.
It might be that work is hectic.
It might be that your kids are your priority.
It might be that you don't feel confident yet.
But imagine yourself twenty years from now looking back at photographs of the woman you are today.
Do you really think she will be fixating on the ten pounds you are hell-bent on losing?
Or will she wonder why you were unable to appreciate how extraordinary you are?
You don't need to become her before you are allowed to appreciate yourself.
You get to choose when you start.
So, why not now.
